Why I'm Running
I am a forester and scientist. My life-long passions are growing and protecting forests and keeping our air and water clean. Yet, I have seen too many people and communities threatened by fracking and other environmental assaults. Big corporations too easily gain control of our state regulations and write their own rules. They threaten us and mother earth. It’s time that our leaders in Harrisburg put us first.
WE WILL GET THROUGH THIS TOGETHER
May you and your loved ones stay safe during this COVID crisis. Our best course is to stay home, minimize trips away from home, wear a mask when outdoors or shopping, wash your hands, and keep a reasonable space between yourself and others.
Workers in essential businesses are our front-line in this crisis, and I am grateful for all you do. Please wear your PPE.
This crisis is challenging our way of life. Food banks and schools provide assistance. State offices for health, unemployment, small businesses, aging and others have information and forms for further help.
Outdoor hiking is important to many for quality of life. Please be safe, don't litter, and practice social distancing and wear a mask when outdoors with others.
